Why this exists
Operators do not talk to each other much. Everyone is busy, and most industry conversation happens at a level of abstraction that is useless on a Tuesday morning. An hour with someone who has actually built the thing is worth more than a conference panel.
It also keeps me honest. Twenty years on production floors gets stale quickly if you stop listening to people who are still on one.
